Soyathin, a Non-GM soybean derived lecithin, is a phospholipid compound of fatty acids, glycerine, phosphoric acid and choline. It is an important component of cell membranes in humans, animals and vegetables. Lecithin can be obtained from various vegetable oils - such as soybean, sunflower or rapeseed oil - as well as from eggs. The phospholipid composition varies depending on the lecithin's origin.

Soyathin Granular Non-GM IP is a highly concentrated granulated form of lecithin with a light cream colour. The product is obtained by solvent-extraction from liquid Soya Lecithin.
