RAPETHIN LIQUID

Rapethin, a rapeseed derived lecithin, is a phospholipid compound of fatty acids, glycerine, phosphoric acid and choline. It is an important component of cell membranes in humans, animals and vegetables. Lecithin can be obtained from various vegetable oils - such as soybean, sunflower or rapeseed oil - as well as from eggs. The phospholipid composition varies depending on the lecithin's origin.

Rapethin Liquid is a clear, amber-coloured, viscous fluid. It is produced by drying and filtration of hydrated crude rapeseed oil gum, which is obtained in the oil-refining process. It consists of natural phospholipids in their original relative proportions and rapeseed oil.
